Shipping Policy

Processing time: Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days of payment.

UK delivery time: We are a UK-owned business sourcing from international suppliers, so UK delivery typically takes 7–15 working days after dispatch via tracked shipping. A tracking link is emailed when your order ships.

Shipping cost: Free UK delivery on orders over £50. Orders under £50 are subject to a flat rate shown at checkout.

Tracking: All orders are tracked. If you haven't received a tracking email within 5 business days, contact us.

Delays: Estimated times are not guaranteed. Customs processing, weather, or carrier delays may occasionally extend delivery. If your order hasn't arrived within 25 working days, contact us for a replacement or refund.

Incorrect address: Please check your delivery address at checkout. We aren't responsible for orders sent to an incorrectly entered address.

Lost or damaged items: If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us within 14 days with photos and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.
