Refund Policy

Our Promise
We want you to love your Elemento order. If you're not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery.

Return & Exchange Conditions

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
  • Certain items (for hygiene reasons, e.g. wearable wellness products) are non-returnable once unsealed.
  • To start a return, email support@elemento-9940.myshopify.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll email you. If approved, your refund is processed automatically to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please send a photo within 7 days of delivery and we will send a free replacement or issue a full refund — no return required.

Shipping Costs (Change of Mind)
Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is the customer's responsibility and is non-refundable.

Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled free of charge if requested within 12 hours of placing the order (before our warehouse has processed it).
